Zaitique Return & Refund Policy
Effective Date: October 15, 2025
We want you to love your Zaitique purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
1. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

In the same condition that you received it,
-
Unopened, unused, and in its original packaging, and
-
Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please note that opened food products, oils, or other perishable consumables cannot be returned once the seal has been broken.
2. How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@zaitique.com within 14 days of delivery, or submit a return request directly through our self-serve returns portal in your customer account.
Once your return request is approved, we will provide:

A return shipping label, and
-
Instructions on how and where to send your package.
Please do not send any items back without first requesting a return, as unapproved returns cannot be accepted.
All returns are subject to a flat-rate return shipping fee of $15.00, which will be deducted from your refund amount.
3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please inspect your items upon delivery and contact us immediately at hello@zaitique.com.
Include photos of the item and packaging so our team can evaluate the issue and arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
4. Exceptions and Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

Perishable food products that have been opened or tampered with,

Custom, limited-edition, or personalized items, and
-
Gift cards.
If you are unsure whether your product qualifies, please contact us prior to returning your order.
5. Exchanges
The fastest way to receive a replacement is to complete your return as described above and place a new order for the desired item.
6. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund (less the $15 return shipping fee) will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that it may take additional time for your financial institution to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, please contact us at hello@zaitique.com.
7. European Union Customers
If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery for any reason and without justification.
Your item must still meet the same eligibility criteria noted above.
8. Canadian Customers
Canadian customers may return eligible products within 14 days of delivery under the same terms outlined above. Return shipping fees and timelines may vary depending on your location.
